Social Services Coordinator
Full-time, Benefit Eligible, Exempt Position
Wage range $16.97 to $25.45
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to provide oversight and ensure delivery of quality social services to people with developmental disabilities receiving services. Obtains and maintains benefits of private, federal and state programs (Medicare, Social Security etc). Acts as a liaison to families and guardians, and facilitates team meetings. The Coordinator is responsible for supervisory duties and oversees 1 Licensed Social Worker.
Job Requirements: Minimally candidates must a bachelors degree in social work, preferably candidate have a Masters in Social Work from an accredited university. Must be a licensed in the state of North Dakota as a Social Worker. Previous supervisory experience is required, along with previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities. This position requires a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and completion of a criminal history check and credit check. Employment offers are conditional and based on the results of the background check
Employment Services Manager
Full-time, Benefit Eligible, Exempt Position
Wage range $13.00 to $19.50
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to provide oversight to the Employment Services program which assists adults with disabilities in increasing their employment related skills and career development. Manager is also responsible for supervision of staff, program plans, budget, and job development.
Job Requirements: College degree required, 2 yr Associates degree or 4 yr Bachelors degree in a Human Service or Business related field. Work experience requires 2 yrs experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience is required. This position requires a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and completion of a criminal history check and credit check. Employment offers are conditional and based on the results of the background check
Accounts Payable Clerk
Part Time 12:30p- 4:30p
Wage Range $13.00 to $19.50
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices for payment, prepare accounts payable reports, file invoices and reports, research vendor accounts, respond to vendor inquiries, and request information from vendors. Run year-end maintenance on accounts payable subsystem.
Job Requirements:
