As one of the largest employers in Grand Forks, Development Homes, Inc. (DHI) strives to provide compensation and a benefit package that respects and values our employees. That is why many of our employees-both part and full time-stay with Development Homes, Inc. for many years.

Our benefits include, but are not limited to: Full Time (FT) Employees (waiting periods vary on position)

Sick and Vacation Benefits Accrued based on hours worked and years of service.

Health Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND) – Single Coverage is 100% covered by DHI – No charge to a FT employee
    Single plus Dependents and Family coverage available at employee’s expense.

Dental Insurance (Blue Branded Dental) – Single Coverage is 100% covered by DHI – No charge to a FT employee.
    Single plus Dependents and Family coverage available at employee’s expense.

Life and AD&D Insurance (UNUM) – 100% covered by DHI for a FT employee. 

  •  DHI enrolls you in an amount equal to your base pay by 2080 hours rounded to the nearest thousand.
  •  For example: $12.25x2080=$25,480 would be $26,000 in Life and AD&D insurance
