Appetizer: A jumbo Anaheim pepper stuffed with cream cheese and homemade red pepper jelly. Topped with crisp bacon and toasted pumpkin seeds. Paired with Galactic Planetary IPL.
Soup: A savory miso seafood chowder made with premium Sake, miso, bacon, potatoes, fresh salmon and clams. Paired with Stone’s Throw Scottish Ale.
Salad: Spinach tossed with strawberries, cucumber, red onion, candied pecans, dank Danish Bleu cheese and a decadent blush vinaigrette. Paired with blueberry infused 1.21 Gigahop DIPA.
Entrée: Bone-in Tandoori chicken marinated with traditional Indian spices and yogurt. Served with mango chutney, fresh cilantro and a cucumber dipping sauce. Comes with a side of basmati rice and naan. Paired with Kenny’s Mint Limeade.
Dessert: Tres Leches Cake. A light, airy sponge cake soaked with a mixture of three milks. Paired with Fargo’s 2016 variant of None More Black.
