Our Employment & Community Specialists (ECSS) play an integral role in the success of Development Homes and the people we support. We promote problem-solving and develop strategies to overcome obstacles, to promote dreams, opportunity, growth, and laughter.

Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and DSP's make fantastic ECSS's.

Scheduling:
A part-time ECSS can expect to work between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, with an occasional weekend (once every other month). Applicants with flexibility between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm will be given special consideration.

Training:
Development Homes, Inc. provides exceptional training and training opportunities for all ECSS's.

Salary:
$19.00/hr plus training incentives.
$1 differential for weekend shifts

Requirements:
Current and valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
Successful completion of high school diploma or GED.
Must pass pre-screening requirements, background check & driving record check.
Due to the nature of the work, CNA experience is preferred.
