Sleep Night DSP

As a DSP, you would be responsible for supporting people in the attainment of their personal outcomes and desires. You would work to establish a positive and respectful relationship with each person served and assist and/or support them in their day-to-day routines within their home and community.
Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers make fantastic DSP’s. Asleep night staff must have the ability to wake for the duration of the shift if needed.
Schedules for sleep night DSP's vary based on location. They typically involve working between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Sleep Wage of $7.50/hr for sleep hours.
Current and valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and completion of motor vehicle report within company guidelines.
Requires successful completion of criminal background, child abuse and neglect checks and pre-employment drug test to be eligible for employment.
High school diploma or GED.
