Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Sleep Night

As a DSP, you would be responsible for supporting people in the attainment of their personal outcomes and desires. You would work to establish a positive and respectful relationship with each person served and assist and/or support them in their day-to-day routines within their home and community.
Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers make fantastic DSP’s. Asleep night staff must have the ability awake for the duration of the shift, if needed.
Schedules for sleep night DSP's vary based on location. They typically involve working between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Sleep Wage of $7.25.00/hr plus training incentives.
