Accounts Payable Administrator
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital for the company. Assuring outflow fiscal and legal accountability of the organization through appropriate accounting practices such as but not limited to: maintaining accurate accounting systems, accurate information on vendor files, invoices and assisting in annual audits. Accounting practices will be aligned with our person-centered approach.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.
• Provide front desk coverage in the absence of the receptionist.
• Follow HIPAA Privacy and Security policies.
• Follow Safe Operating Procedures and General Safety Rules.
Qualifications:
The Accounts Payable Administrator must be at least 18 years of age.
The Accounts Payable Administrator must hold an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year technical school or have 6-12 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Accounts Payable Administrator must pass a DHI Background Check, MVR, Credit Check, and Drug Screening in line with DHI, the AG’s Office, and DHS standards (see Background Checks policy for most current guidelines).
Accounts Payable Administrator: Starting at $23.59/hr.
