Administrative Assistant
Development Homes, Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact at our main office. This role supports daily operations by managing front desk duties and providing administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Direct messages and provide basic information to applicants and guests.
Open and close the office daily, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
Maintain calendars, assist with meeting logistics, and coordinate room set-ups.
Prepare and process mail, manage office supply orders, and maintain equipment.
Support document production, purchase order entry, and form organization.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive office culture.
Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18
High school diploma or GED required
Typing speed: 40–60 WPM
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and insurable driving record
Successful background check and drug screening
One-year accounting certificate or equivalent experience preferred
