The DPL position is a great way to start your professional career.  As a DPL you would get an opportunity to use your leadership skills to support the care team in providing quality care, training new staff, and even filling in for the manager on occasion. Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers have loved transitioning into a DPL role.

Paid Training:

Salary: 
$15.18/hr
Additional $1 Weekend incentive available.
Additional $1 Training incentives available.
Hiring Bonus: $500 after 500 hours / $500 at 1000 hours

Requirements:
Current and valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and completion of motor vehicle report within company guidelines.
Requires successful completion of criminal background, child abuse and neglect checks and pre-employment drug test to be eligible for employment.
High school diploma or GED.
1--year experience providing supports to individuals with disabilities preferred.
