Essential Responsibilities:
Development Homes, Inc. (DHI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to support our residential programs and corporate properties. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning environments for people receiving services, employees, and visitors. The Maintenance Worker plays a key role in ensuring our facilities meet regulatory standards and remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, child abuse and neglect check, and a pre-employment drug test.
- Three years of experience in maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping preferred.
- Experience in on-call roles preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Maintenance Worker: The hourly wage for this position is $23.59/hr.
