Maintenance Worker

Essential Responsibilities:
As an Operations I Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining corporate properties and and group home units, including cleaning, painting, and performing general upkeep using power and hand tools. You will conduct semi-skilled repairs, such as minor plumbing and carpentry, and ensure all power machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in good repair. Grounds maintenance duties will include mowing, fertilizing, spraying, and weed control. This role requires frequent travel between locations for errands, trainings, and site maintenance. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, child abuse and neglect check, and a pre-employment drug test.
- Three years of experience in maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping preferred.
- Experience in on-call roles preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Maintenance Worker: The hourly wage for this position is $22.59/hr.
