Meet our Leadership Team
Angie Borini
Angie has spent over 20 years with Development Homes, Inc. (DHI), growing from an Executive Administrative Assistant to Network Specialist and now Director of Technology. She’s known for her steady leadership and genuine commitment to the organization’s mission, which earned her DHI’s Above and Beyond Award in 2009.
With a Cisco certification and a strong background in computer services and networking, Angie brings a practical, hands-on approach to her work. She’s experienced in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems management, and focuses on keeping technology reliable, secure, and easy for others to use. As IT Director, she leads efforts to modernize DHI’s systems, and as HIPAA Security Officer, she helps protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
Outside of work, Angie gives her time and skills to support individuals and nonprofits. She’s passionate about encouraging and supporting women in technology, and cares deeply about disability advocacy, poverty, and human rights. She believes technology can be a powerful way to lift people up and create more opportunity for everyone.
