Mark embarked on his journey with Development Homes, Inc. (DHI) back in October 2013, assuming the role of Residential Manager for DHI’s Children’s Group Home. Transitioning to the HR Department in March 2015 marked a pivotal moment for him. Since then, he has held various roles including Human Resource Generalist and Senior Human Resources Generalist, ultimately ascending to the position of HR Manager.

In recognition of his outstanding leadership, Mark was honored with DHI's esteemed Dr. Leland H. Lipp Leadership Award in 2022. His academic credentials include an AAS degree in Human Resources Management from MState University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Mary, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2024.

Mark's professional expertise is underscored by his unwavering commitment to setting and surpassing goals, coupled with his intense dedication to the personal and professional growth of those around him. He diligently stives to propel the organization forward by attracting, nurturing, and retaining top-tier talent in Grand Forks.
