Baker
The Baker is responsible for preparing and producing a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. The Baker ensures that all products meet the baker’s quality standards and are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Responsibilities
Preparation and Baking
Producing Quality and Presentable Products
Keeping all aspects of the bakery safe and sanitary.
Collaborate and communicate with all team members.
Other Duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
The Baker must be at least 18 years of age.
The Baker must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
The Baker must pass a DHI Background Check in line with DHI policy and DHS standards (see Background Checks policy for most current guidelines).
Compensation:
The starting wage is $16.00/hr
