The Flu shot is provided at no charge to all DHI employees.
If you are pregnant please bring a note from your Dr. giving his okay to get the flu shot. If you are allergic to chicken eggs or feathers you should not get the flu shot.

This is a huge benefit that is provided by your employer. Please take advantage of this.

The vaccine is not the live virus and will not give you the flu. You may have some aching at the injection site but Tylenol will take care of that.
