These are vital factors I must have when someone calls in to report an injury. Each time one of these is delayed – it costs your group home, your ISLA site, OUR COMPANY an ADDITIONAL $250 I bet we can think of a lot of other, better, things to do with $250 and that is just one person, one incident, any guesses on how many we get????
