The Blue Moose and Surly Brewery 5- course meal, 5 Surly- a special event to raise funds for the addition to Development Homes' Children's home. Due to the generosity of the Blue Moose approximately 50% of your ticket price will go towards to the Children's Home. In the Children's home we strive to meet the educational, residential and therapeutic needs of children with developmental disabilities.

Appetizer-Smoked Gouda and sausage stuffed wild mushrooms braised in Surly Hell. Served with Surly Hell

Salad-Marinated pears, Maytag blue cheese, balsamic red onion, toasted walnuts, spring mix, warm walnut vinaigrette. Served with Surly Cynic

Soup-Smoked cheddar and Furious beer cheese. Served with Surly Furious

Entree-Sliced beef tenderloin served with Over Rated sautéed mushroom demi glaze, parmesan truffle mashed potatoes and sautéed broccolini. Served with Surly Over Rated

Dessert- Bender brown ale, coffee, and chocolate cheesecake topped with stout salted caramel. Served with Surly Bender

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
