Appetizer-Steamed Bao Buns filled with a savory and spicy shredded beef, cilantro, fresh lime, and a zesty Vietnamese chili sauce. Crusty French bread with Asian shrimp spread. Mini egg roll served with a peanut dipping sauce.

Salad-Arugula and baby greens topped with sheep cheese, red onion, toasted chick peas, mandarin orange, and a sweet and tangy pear vinaigrette.
